The celebration of the 76th Araw ng Dabaw will not be complete without the king of the fruits...the mighty Durian!
So from Museo Dabawenyo, I headed to Magsaysay Park, the Durian Park of Davao City. Magsaysay Park is the Durian haven of the locals and a very good stop for the tourists.
Magsaysay Park was very lively and colourful then. The native or "lumad" kids were having a great time playing around the park. Seeing them along, I felt the big celebration of the 76th Araw ng Dabaw.
I even tried to play in a "perya" and it was crazy fun.
Of course, the great way to end the fun in Magsaysay Park is a tasteful Durian treat!
