Tastebuds Chronicles: Out Of Nowhere Kitchen
Trail Diary: Sagada
Sagada for me is a small quiet place. It's a haven of fresh air and serenity. It motivates me to meditate and reflect. It has beautiful sites and sights and offers various activities.
Mt. Puting Bato: Our Guide To Tagbitinao Camp
In my previous post entitled "Mt. Puting Bato: The Dawning of the Thief", I never allowed the theft incident to get through my gut and spoil my moments with the trails of Mt. Puting Bato, the highest peak of IGACOS.
Mt. Puting Bato: Dawning of the Thief
It was a little dusky already when we arrived at the peak of Mt. Puting Bato, the highest peak of IGACOS via Tayapoc Trail. I had limited captures of the sunset, so I planned to wake up early the next morning to chase the sunrise. After dinner, I communed with nature, enjoyed the city lights, conversed with the moon, and had a good rest.
Mt. Puting Bato: Surviving The Night
It was already dusky when we arrived at the Peak of Mt. Puting Bato, the highest peak of IGACOS. Then I took some time to remove the thorns on my trekking tights. After the tiresome climb, it was time to rest.
Mt. Puting Bato: Tayapoc Trail
Mt. Puting Bato was my 2nd peak. It is the highest peak of the Island Garden City of Samal or IGACOS. There are two popular trails to get there: the Tayapoc Trail and the Guilon Trail. I opted to take the Tayapoc trail in going up then the Guilon trail for the exit passing the Tagbitinao Camp.

The celebration of the 76th Araw ng Dabaw will not be complete without the king of the fruits...the mighty Durian!

The busy street life of Davao City during the 76th Araw ng Dabaw was truly captivating. Such compelled me to visit a more silent yet interesting place to explore. So I revisited the center of culture and heritage of Davao City, the Museo Dabawenyo.
Bonsai Exhibit: The 76th Araw ng Dabaw
I was really amazed by the flora and fauna display at the Agri-Trade Fair 2013 during the 76th Araw ng Dabaw.
